It often happens during installation that we forget to install appropriate (water)insulation. As a result, concrete is exposed to atmospheric influences as well as to water seepage from the back of the wall. This results in a shorter lifespan, an unaesthetic appearance and damage. The following can also occur: corrosion and rusting, paint cracking, coming loose of render finish, salt excretion on the surface, spots and cracks.
