Technique instructions
Surface Preparation:
- The surface must be firm, dry, and clean—free from loosely bonded particles, dust, oil stains, or any other dirt.
- Smooth the surface using a levelling compound from the JUBOLIN range. Allow it to dry for 12 hours. Once dry, sand it and remove any dust.
Application Technique:
- Apply a base coat (using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer) in the desired shade with JUPOL Latex / Brilliant / Gold (tinted at JUMIX mixing stations according to the JUB FF colour chart). Leave to dry for 4 to 6 hours.
- Apply DECOR Glamour in the chosen shade (also tinted at JUMIX mixing stations according to the JUB FF colour chart) using a brush with alternating strokes—first horizontally, then vertically, as shown in the illustration—to create a checkerboard pattern.
*Note: Due to the fast drying time of DECOR Glamour, it should be applied in vertical sections approximately 60 cm wide. Allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours.
