With the right approach, we prevent mould and algae from developing right from the start by using the vapor-permeable Clima Control system, which regulates the humidity in the room and creates a surface that is hostile to mould growth. The system has the ability to absorb moisture when there is too much of it in the room and release it when there is too little. By using the JUBOLIN Silicate levelling compound and JUPOL Bio Silicate interior paint, we get a beautiful wall structure and thus excellent living conditions.
The solution is environmentally friendly and ideal for new buildings.

- JUBOLIN Silicate – levelling compound with high vapor permeability
- JUPOL Bio Silicate – finishing paint with an increased pH that prevents the growth of microorganisms
